Village TIF District # 3 -
Property Available for Commercial/Industrial Development
In 2009 the Village purchased a 40 acre
lot along Hwy. 63 South and Cemetery Road on the West side of the Village
limits. This property is part of the new TIF District and Green Park/Eco-Industrial Park. Currently, there
remains 9.44 acres in this Park available for development. The Village
welcomes developers to contact us as we will be happy to provide information
necessary to consider Turtle Lake for your new business or expansion. The
TIF also includes parcels along Industrial Avenue and two forty acre lots to the
west of Hwy. 63 South and acreage to the east of Hwy. 63 South.
